Peanut Butter Pie with Crème Brûlée Peanuts 

Nothing says summer is just around the corner like Peanut Butter Pie! Try this delicious twist on a classic favorite by adding our Crème Brûlée peanuts as a decorative and tasty topping!  

Ingredients 

  • 1 Package BJE Crème Brûlée Peanuts 

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust 

  • ½ cup peanut butter 

  • 1 cup powdered sugar 

  • 3oz package chocolate or vanilla pudding 

  • Milk (according to pudding package directions) 

  • 1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip 

  

Directions 

  1. Mix the peanut butter and confectioner’s sugar. Set aside ¼ cup for topping. Spread the rest on the crust. 

  1. Prepare pudding according to package instructions. Pour into pie shell and let set for 5-10 minutes. 

  1. Spread cool whip on top, and sprinkle with peanut butter topping. Add Crème Brûlée peanuts, arranging in an even pattern as desired. You can also crush some of the peanuts to sprinkle on as well.
