     Beef Jerky Pasta Salad 

     This unique pasta salad combines the savory flavors of beef jerky with fresh vegetables and a creamy ranch dressing.
     It's a hearty and satisfying dish that's perfect for picnics, potlucks, or as a side dish for any occasion. 

     Ingredients: 

  •      1 cup chopped Traditional Roasted Garlic Beef Jerky 
  •      8 ounces rotini pasta 
  •      1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
  •      1/2 cup cucumber, diced 
  •      1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 
  •      1/4 cup black olives, sliced 
  •      1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced 
  •      1/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed 
  •      1/4 cup ranch dressing 
  •      1/4 cup mayonnaise 
  •      1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
  •      1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
  •      Salt and pepper to taste 
  •      Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) 

     Instructions: 

  •      Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Allow it to cool completely. 
  •      In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped beef jerky, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, green bell pepper, and cheddar cheese. 
  •      In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  •      Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated with the dressing. 
  •      Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. 
  •      Before serving, give the pasta salad a final toss to make sure everything is well mixed. You can garnish it with fresh parsley if you like. 
  •      Serve chilled and enjoy your Beef Jerky Pasta Salad!
