Every spring, the Walker family goes on an annual crawfish trip here in Ville Platte, LA. We set traps, catch crawfish and bag them for an entire day. At the end of the day, we retreat back to the camp for a huge Walker family crawfish boil where everything is seasoned with Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seafood Boil.
