when you first open bag garlic is strong, just from storage. after its open jerky has sweet flavor and great taste. hard to not finish bag at one sitting.

If you're feeling a little adventurous, I highly recommend this flavor. Not over powering in garlickyness, it really opens the palette. A great in between meal snack or 'just because' treat. Scrumptious.

While my wife and I were visiting BJO we stopped by BJO Jerky for the first time. We were not disappointed, they had a very large variety of jerky that we purchased quite a few of and took back with us. We "sampled" the jerky on the way home and after getting home I ordered more. This is the best jerky that we have ever had and do highly recommend it to everyone.
