I prefer a dehydrated 'salted' jerky with a drier texture, vs a sweet jerky that is smoked with a sticky and tender texture. So for me the Ol Smoky hits right on the mark! It has an fantastic rich flavor that is very robust with soy sauce and worcester, and a nice hint of smoke. It also has a drier texture that is typical of traditional dehydrated jerky. I absolutely love it and cant put the bag down!
