BJO Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Cheese Bake Instructions:
½ Cup Mayonnaise Mix mayo, cream cheese & onion.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened Spread in greased pan.
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated Top with crackers.
2 small green onions, chopped (optional) Top with bacon and pecans.
6 Ritz crackers, crushed Spread jam on top or drop by spoonful.
2 – 4 oz. Bacon, cut in small pieces Serve with crackers.
