How did the Beef Jerky Outlet come to Asheville?
Local Owners, Eric and Katrina Hichman, were on a family vacation out west last summer. While walking down the main street in Sedona, AZ – we spotted a small jerky store and were curious. So we ventured in, sampled some products, and left with some goodies thinking something like this would be GREAT back home in Asheville. The following research led to the Beef Jerky Outlet based right over the mountain in Tennessee! The rest is Jerky History!
